Bat Night in Assenovgrad

The Bat Night was celebrated for the first time in Assenovgrad. On the 4th of October - the World Animal Day, at 6:00 p.m.  in “Paisii Hilendarski” National Library, Assenovgrad, Krum Sirakov (“Ustremeni” Tourist Association) told about the bats by a presentation.
Many citizens and interested young people took part in the event. They were willing to know details about the bat biology as well as the ways to descent into caves and precipices.Various information materials were distributed there – brochures and stickers.
