In the afternoon:
h. 6.30 pm — In flight with hands: our bats (Dr. Vincenzo Ferri). Informative lesson for all.
h. 7.00 till h. 7.30 pm - The search for bats. Build and place bat boxes (Dr. Vincenzo Ferri). Technical and practi-cal deepening for those who want to learn and do more.
In the evening:
h. 8.30 pm — Meeting at the Theater: walk in the Reserve listening to and observing the bats - First Bat Night in the Lake Montorfano Reserve: through an easy route and the use of bio-acoustic detection equipment (bat-detectors) and powerful flashlights, Dr. Vincenzo Ferri will allow us to turn our ears and eyes towards the secret world of bats. In case of bad weather, virtual tour research: ultrasound detection, analysis and recognition of different species of bats. All with projections and videos.
Presidents of the Associations L’Ontano di Montorfano and Il Gambero of Capiago Intimiano will be present at the initiative. Participation is by reservation. Very suitable for families.
